About

Here we are together

I am just a man seeking God while trying to raise two Godly children. After heeding God’s voice I started two pages on Facebook to hopefully help others not make the same mistakes I did in life; Spiritual Leaders of the Family and Resurrecting The Redeemed From Porn Addiction. I have made many mistakes in my life, as have we all, but I praise God daily for His love, grace and forgiveness.

I am also the father to two of the most loving and amazing children. My son, Brandon, is my little mini me. My daughter, Erin, is my precious angel. Together, they make my world.

Satan’s Lies | God’s Replies: Day 7 Deity

Posted on March 16, 2019 by Stuart L. Tutt

Satan’s Lie:
Deity: The Bible doesn’t assert Christ is God. It has his teachings.

God’s Replies:

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
John 1:1 KJV

And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.
John 1:14 KJV

The third definition of Deity in the dictionary is the creator or supreme being. And according to said dictionary should be capitalized.

The Deity is difficult to explain to a non-believer. And sometimes it is difficult for us, as believers, to comprehend.
I and my Father are one.
John 10:30 KJV

That right there says it all. Jesus, himself, saying I and my Father are one. Meaning one and the same.

And yet because Christ was born of a woman people have a very hard time wrapping their head around the virgin birth concept. If the angel of the Lord had not come to Joseph he would not have believed.

I mean come on there are only a couple of ways to get pregnant and every single one of them involves the sperm of man.

The Trinity is even harder to explain…

For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.
1 John 5:7 KJV

But the point is that the Bible does testify of the Deity of Christ. And yes it has His teaching because Christ is the Word made flesh.

But in all honesty it takes faith to believe. And I have faith in my belief that Christ IS who He says He is and that He died on the cross as an atonement for my sins, rose on the third day and now sits at the right hand of the Father. And there in lies the hope of my salvation.

Christ IS who He said He was and the Word of God testifies to that fact.

*This may sound like a bunch of rambling and if so I apologize. There are more qualified than I to expound on this topic.*

But I can testify that the Word of God is alive and breathing hope, love and salvation to broken and shattered lives…right now…as you are reading this. And the Holy Spirit is whispering a unique love song to that person’s heart…saying God loves you so much He sent Jesus to die for you and the great I Am says you are worthy of that love and forgiveness. Allow me to point the way.

All three work in unison!

Stu, God bless you my Friend!
